5 Ways to Make Your Kitchen Flawless

Do you want to make your kitchen perfect? While this requires some effort, you don’t always have to spend as much time as you think. After all, we tend to forget that there are quick and easy solutions. The secret is to find them and use them.

1. Add vinegar to cleaning remedy

Adding a little white vinegar to cleaning chemicals is a very popular trick.

White vinegar makes household chores easier because it makes it easier to remove dirt. Moreover, the addition of a small amount of vinegar increases the effectiveness of cleaning chemicals.

2. Wash the extractor hood

When you clean the kitchen, you probably focus on the most noticeable parts and usually forget about what you use the most. One such area is the extractor hood.

Like microwave and conventional ovens, extractor hoods tend to accumulate a lot of oil. To remove it, remove the steel filter and rinse it with a mixture of hot water, lemon juice, and white vinegar.

After washing and disinfecting the filter, clean the inside of the extractor hood with ammonia or a special dirt remover. Once you finish cleaning it, your kitchen will smell better and everything will seem cleaner.

You should clean the extractor hood at least once a week.

3. Wipe the dishes

The perfection of the kitchen also depends on the dishes. That is why it is important to pay attention to how we wash it.

First, think about your dish dryer.

How often do you disassemble it, or does water accumulate here? When there are clean dishes in the dryer, do you wipe them with a dry cloth before putting them in place? Or do you put it in the wet place?

If so, your dishes may have water stains or even have a bad smell. That’s why, even if your kitchen is very clean, it may seem not impeccable.

To solve this problem, simply dry the dishes before placing them in a cabinet.

4. Disinfect your sponges

Improper cleaning can cause dirt (especially grease) and bad odors to accumulate on them. So you have to disinfect them as well as change them often.

Ideally, they should be changed at least once a month (especially sponges used for washing dishes).

On the other hand, it is important to remember that these products should be placed in a well-ventilated room where they can dry well. If you store them in a tray or any other container, you must drain water to prevent the accumulation of bacteria. So you can prevent moisture and fungus in the tray.

After all, it is obvious that dirty cleaning sponges will not help to make the kitchen perfect. Instead, it will hinder your efforts, which is why it is so important to take care of clean items.

5. Clean kitchen sink

Very often food particles get into the drain. This is especially true when there are many plates in the sink after a meal. After a while, food can cause unpleasant odors. To prevent this, you can use coca-cola.

How to use it correctly?

  • Clean the sink and make sure you don’t have to use it for a while (ideally over an hour).
  • Then pour four tablespoons of baking soda (about 40 grams) and a liter of coca-cola.
  • You can leave this remedy to act for an hour or even overnight to make the kitchen flawless.

Otherwise, you can just leave home cleaning to professionals such as European Maids in Clearwater & Pinellas County, FL area.
