Some people suffer because they feel that they constantly need to satisfy their hunger, and they never feel fully satisfied.
Although it may depend on the age, metabolism, and pace of life of each individual, there are some foods that will help us feel full without having to consume them in large quantities.
Fruits and vegetables eliminate hunger
Fruits and vegetables, especially raw, help eliminate hunger and nourish the body with vitamins and minerals. They are also useful due to their low-calorie content. The combination of fiber and water easily fills the stomach and helps to quench the desire to snack something.
A good idea is to make fruit smoothies by mixing a few chopped pieces of fruit with water. You can also sweeten them a bit with stevia if the fruit is not very sweet. On the other hand, vegetable juices do not satisfy hunger so well, because in most cases they do not contain fiber present in fruits.

It can be used in soups and stews, as well as gelatin for desserts with fruit juice or herbal drinks.
Today, almost no one remembers the legume that was consumed very often in ancient times. However, they still remain excellent products. They are rich in protein, so along with vegetables and/or grains, they can be a side dish to any meal.

In any case, do not forget about the importance of careful chewing of food, which helps to suppress appetite. Hunger lasts for 20 minutes from the beginning of food consumption. If you chew your food well, you will not need to eat so much food, and it will be easier to digest what you have already eaten up.
