<li>Hold your breath for 4 seconds.</li>
<li>Exhale through your mouth, mentally counting to 6.</li>

<p>Then tell yourself, “Everything will be fine, no doubt. I am strong, I can overcome everything. I keep the situation under control, so everything in my life will get better! ”.</p>
