In the first phase of a migraine, some people experience changes in vision and throbbing on one side of the head.

It can occur at any age in both men and women, but the risk increases in women over 45.

The main cause is an unusual brain response to stimuli such as lack of caffeine, cigarette smoke, and various stimulants.

In some cases, migraines can be accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and the inability to do everyday tasks.

Medical treatment includes analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs. However, some of them are not completely effective, and others have negative side effects.

Fortunately, there are also natural solutions with symptom-relieving properties to stop migraines and speed recovery.

Chamomile tea will relieve migraines

Ingredients:

1 spoon of chamomile flowers (10 g)

1 glass of water (250 ml)

How to cook:

Boil a glass of water, and add chamomile flowers.

Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.

Strain and drink up to three times a day

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is a great way to stop migraines caused by stress or muscle tension.

It contains antioxidants and necessary minerals that activate the circulatory system and act as an effective relaxant.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (10 ml)

1 glass of water (200 ml)

How to cook:

Dilute a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink at the first sign of a migraine.

Do not drink more than 2 glasses per day.

Pink Himalayan salt

Himalayan salt contains 84 essential minerals. Combined with a little lemon juice, this ancient remedy quickly stops migraines.

Although there is no scientific evidence to prove it, those who have tried it swear that it relieves pain within the first 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 glass of water (200 ml)

juice of 1/2 lemon

1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt (5 g)

How to cook:

Put pink salt in a glass of water, and add the juice of half a lemon.

Drink a few sips at the first sign of pain.

For prevention, you can drink this fluid three times a week.

Drink only once a day, as excess salt can be harmful.

Ginger tea

Ginger root contains the active ingredient gingerol, which, in addition to its characteristic aroma, acts as an anti-inflammatory and natural analgesic.

These substances contribute to the relief of headaches, migraines, and other types of pain that occur due to inflammation.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of grated ginger root (20 g)

1 glass of water (250 ml)

juice of 1/2 lemon

1 spoon of honey (25 g) (optional)

How to cook:

Place the ginger root in a glass of boiling water and let it sit.

Before mixing, add the juice of half a lemon and honey to sweeten.

Drink this, preferably before the pain reaches high intensity.

Tea with marigolds

They have a calming effect that controls the pain and fatigue caused by migraines.

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons of dried marigold petals (30 g)

1 glass of water (250 ml)

How to cook:

Place the marigolds in a pot of water and let them boil for three minutes.

After that, reduce the heat and leave for a few minutes.

Strain it and drink up to 2 times a day.

This drink is not recommended for people who are allergic to daisies, chrysanthemums, or any plants from the aster family.

It should also not enter your body if you are taking any other medications.

Choose one of these remedies and take it as directed. Do not take several at the same time, as this may cause an unwanted reaction.

If the pain persists or worsens, see your doctor immediately.
